Building Service Excellence
1 dayAn in-depth view of the V2.0 Services view and its practices for delivering and managing services. Like the Development course, it pairs naturally with Foundations of Capability.

CMMI V2.0 Upgrade Training
Upgrade courseDesigned for people who studied earlier versions of the model and need to move up to V2.0. It walks through the V2.0 structure and the main differences from V1.3.
You will learn to
- Understand the V2.0 model structure
- Recognise the key differences between V1.3 and V2.0

- Licensed V2.0 model PDF

- Credit toward the Certified CMMI Associate exam

Before you enrol
A completed CMMI V1.3 introductory course (or an earlier introduction course plus the matching upgrade courses) is required. Without it you will not be eligible to serve as an appraisal team member on V2.0 appraisals.
High Maturity Concepts
1 dayAn advanced class on quantitative management practices and techniques, for those building high maturity capability. Course materials and 30-day online model access are included.

- Recognise process traits that meet the intent of high maturity practices
