You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will process your reimbursement no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The same payment method used for the order will be applied for the refund, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that, by nature, cannot be returned (e.g., items that deteriorate quickly or have expired).
  • Goods that are unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene concerns.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
