Service Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our No-Questions-Asked Refund Guarantee

At SE Software Technologies, we believe in building trust through transparency and flexibility. If you’re not satisfied with our service for any reason, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within the eligible time period. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Cancellation Period

You can request to cancel any service within 30 days from the date of project initiation or delivery of the first milestone—whichever comes first.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund, simply email us at:

We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same method of payment originally used.

Eligibility for Refund

  • The request is made within 30 days of the service start or initial delivery.
  • The service does not fall under our non-refundable service category (see below).

Non-Refundable Services

Some services are exempt from refunds due to their nature. These include:

  • Custom-developed solutions created specifically as per client instructions.
  • Services where significant time and resources have already been invested.
  • Completed services or services in the final delivery phase.

Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your request. We do not charge any extra fee for refunds. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase.

Gifted Services

If the service was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a credit note of equivalent value upon cancellation. If the gift was purchased by someone else on your behalf, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
