    • Services involving third-party integrations, licensing fees, domain registration, hosting services, and any other non-refundable third-party costs are excluded from the refund.

  3. Partial Refund:

    • In cases where a significant portion of the work has been completed and accepted, SE Software Technologies reserves the right to offer a partial refund instead of a full refund based on the amount of work delivered.

  4. Revision and Support:

    • Prior to issuing a refund, we will attempt to resolve the issue with up to 3 rounds of revisions to meet your expectations. If the issue remains unresolved after the revisions, the refund process will be initiated.

Data Privacy and Confidentiality

We understand that your business data is critical. At SE Software Technologies, we adhere to strict data security and confidentiality practices:

  • All sensitive data related to your project is handled with end-to-end encryption and stored in secure servers.
  • If a refund is processed, all project-related files, documentation, and any proprietary data will be promptly returned to you, and SE Software Technologies will delete all copies from our systems unless otherwise requested.
  • We will not use any data or project materials for marketing or portfolio purposes without your explicit consent.

Refund Process

  • Once we review your request, we will aim to resolve any issues within 7 business days. If the problem cannot be fixed, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval.
